I’m Marissa Gorjizadeh, an IFBB Bikini Pro, fitness coach, and advocate for adaptive and inclusive training. My mission is to empower others to reach their full potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally. My journey hasn’t always been easy, but the challenges I’ve faced have only fueled my passion to create a coaching space where everyone, no matter their ability, can find strength and confidence.
My Journey and Challenges
Growing up, I didn’t always feel strong. I often struggled with insecurity, feeling like I wasn’t enough—whether that meant not feeling confident in my body or doubting my own capabilities. I felt weak and uncertain of my place, and like so many people, I thought those feelings defined me. At times, these insecurities felt overwhelming, and it was hard to imagine being anything but the person who questioned her own strength.
But over time, I started to explore fitness as a way to build not only physical strength but also mental resilience. Lifting weights became more than just an exercise; it was a way to confront the voice in my head that said I wasn’t strong enough. With every milestone—no matter how small—I proved to myself that I could push beyond my limits, both physically and emotionally.

I’ve experienced firsthand the power of strength training to transform lives, and I’m dedicated to helping people with diverse abilities find a fitness path that works for them.
